The process when buying at DUY.com
In order to buy DUY software licenses at DUY.com, you must register your details, including your billing information, at DUY.com’s website. Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to the virtual shopping cart, you will proceed to checkout. At this stage, you will be given the possibility to revise your billing details. This information will be permanently linked to your order. You must provide your true and real billing details, which will be used for calculating applicable tax. DUY will not be liable for any claims as a result of your providing false or inaccurate information during your purchase that may affect the final cost of your purchase and your tax obligations.
 
Once you have verified all your details, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website (www.paypal.com) in order to process the payment. PayPal allows you to pay by using a standard credit or debit card, or by creating an account with them. Please note that there is no need for you to create an account with PayPal, and that DUY do not store any or your credit card information. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank/wire transfer, please contact DUY and we will arrange this for you.
Once you have successfully paid through PayPal’s page, you will be redirected to DUY.com again, where you will be able to collect your ilok.com license and download the software you purchased. You will also receive an email with your tax invoice.
 
All software sold through DUY.com is an online download. No products are shipped in boxes.
 
Purchase and Refund Policy
DUY provides demo download versions of all products available for purchase on this website. Therefore, the customer understands that he has the chance to try the software before the purchase. Once the ilok.com license has been installed on a user’s iLok USB key or authorised in any other possible way, the license installation is final. If a customer requires a refund of a purchased item, it may be occasionally offered at the exclusive discretion of DUY.com’s management.
