DUY Studios are specialised in audiovisual production and post-production for the film, TV and advertising industries. Set in the heart of Barcelona, the studio complex provides two multichannel mixing rooms, three integrated studios and a full range of audiovisual services.



DUY has been involved in audio postproduction and music licensing since 1986.

Over the years DUY has licensed thousands of songs and soundtracks for film, TV and advertising.

MUSIC FOR FILM
The latest DUY production is the soundtrack, sound effects and music score for the feature film DONKEY XOTE, the most ambitious Spanish film animation production to date. DONKEY XOTE score, composed by Andrea Guerra, was performed by the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) and conducted by Harry Rabinowitz. The recording took place in September 2007 at London´s Abbey Road studios, becoming "de facto" the first Spanish feature film ever recorded by the LSO.

TWO MULTICHANNEL MIXING ROOMS
Two multichannel mixing rooms, with up to 16 acoustic sources each (4 - 5.1 - 7.1 - 10.2 - 14.2 and 16) compatible with Dolby Digital, SDDS, DTS and Dolby Digital Plus).

SOUND EFFECTS
All the music, sound effects and voice databases are centralised, providing instant access to a networked database of over 90.000 sound effects available from any of the studios.
